WEBSITE UPGRADE + RELATED SERVICES

The City of Rohnert Park is seeking a vendor with experience in developing local government websites to replace its current website with a new and improved one.
The new website will be easier for users to navigate, more efficient for City staff to manage, and provide a wide variety of services to the City of Rohnert Park communities.

Consultants interested in providing these services must prepare and submit one printed, hard copy of the proposal, as well as an electronic version via flash drive to the Project Manager by January 26, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. Please refer to the RFP for general project details, specific proposal submission instructions, RFP review and selection process, contractual requirements, and project contact information. No information submitted by facsimile or electronic mail will be accepted unless otherwise requested by the City during the proposal review process. Proposals received after the deadline may not be accepted.
QUESTIONS
All questions regarding the RFP must be sent to [email protected] on or before January 5, 2024. Answers to all questions received will be emailed to the prospective bidder's list on January 12, 2024.

TENTATIVE TIMELINE
The tentative timeline for this RFP is outlined below. Please note the timeline is subject to change at the City's discretion:
• December 5, 2023: Release RFP
• January 5, 2024: Questions on RFP due to City via e-mail
• January 12, 2024: City provides responses to questions
• January 26, 2024: Proposals due by 4:00 p.m.
• February 12-16, 2024: Interviews, if needed
• February 23, 2024: Evaluations completed
• February 26, 2024: Contract negotiations begin
• March 26, 2024: City Council considers contract
• April 1, 2024: Project initiation
