Request for Qualifications (RFQ)

Request for Qualifications for Consulting Services for Public Contract Code and Prevailing Wage Compliance Management

The City of Rohnert Park has over $40 million in active Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) as well as an upcoming development project with acceptance of public infrastructure. While a majority of the CIP projects are locally funded, there are a large portion of projects that are funded through specific grants with state and federal funds, including the Federal Highways Administration (administered through CalTrans) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (administered through the California Governor's Office of Emergency Service). The City requires assistance in ensuring compliance with all local, grant, state and federal regulations for design and construction to ensure compliance with prevailing wage and labor compliance, local and grant procurement requirements, and reporting requirements related to prevailing wage.
