Rohnert Park's interactive GIS map site is hosted by the City of
Santa Rosa. Map layers include City utilities, building footprints,
streets, railroad, creeks, subdivisions, Urban Growth Boundary, City
Limits, Parcels, Flood Area 2005/06 Storm, Parks, Zoning, Annexation and
Aerial Photos. These layers are viewable by selecting the box to the
left of the feature title. Additional layers become visible as you
Zoom-In. Information about Subdivision maps and plans can also be viewed
after selecting within a colored polygon using the identify button.
Currently the public may contact the Engineering Division of Development Services or the County Recorder's Office to
obtain copies of Parcel Map subdivisions. Additionally the Engineering
Department maintains archives of Public Improvement Projects, Private
Site Plans (prior to 2008), Lot Line Adjustments/Mergers, Subdivision
Agreements, Subdivision Soils Reports, City Property Deeds, Annexation
Maps and Assessment District Maps.
