The ideal development team will have the resources and experience to design, construct, finance, operate, and maintain the project in partnership with the City, as well as to create a unique experience for the city’s residents and the broader Sonoma County and Bay Area region.

The Request for Qualifications is now live. If you are interested in building the Downtown, you can review the RFQ now here. Qualified developers can RSVP to the Nov. 30 onsite meeting here.
