JAMIE CANNON
Director of Human Resources/ADA Coordinator
Jamie Cannon joined the City of Rohnert Park as the Director of Human Resources in August 2022. She brings over 22 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with over 19 years in the public sector. Jamie holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, and maintains a variety of certifications, including labor relations and risk management.
Jamie has a passion for public sector Human Resources, and more specifically – the City’s amazing employees! As the City’s Human Resources and Risk Management Leader, Jamie’s focus is to ensure fair and equitable practices for all staff members. Further, Jamie is active in the League of California Cities, serving as the President of the Personnel and Employee Relations Board while also serving as a policy member for the Governance, Transparency, and Labor Relations Committee.
Personally, Jamie has a passion for reading and fitness and enjoys quality time with her husband and two teenage daughters.
