Warrior Rhythm
Fitness/Focus with yoga undertones, Warrior Rhythm increases strength, flexibility, and balance. It's yoga+weights+HIIT+mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience! Grab a yoga mat and weights and get ready for unconventional yoga flows and unforgettable playlists designed to unleash your inner wild thing!
Perquisites : Ability to move from floor to standing with ease, perform squats, lunges, and planks. Warrior Rhythm is not a slow yoga class, however movement modifications will be offered.
Instructor: Shayna Overly.
Equipment Needed: a pair of light to medium dumbbells, a yoga mat, and water. Modified moves are available.

Warrior Combat
WARRIOR Combat™ is boxing inspired, powerful, and
fierce! It is for everybody and every BODY. WARRIOR
Combat™ has two 30 minute sections. These
sections are distinguished by timed intervals and
moves synchronized to music. Both include boxing
combinations, HIIT training, total body strength and
aerobic conditioning. Have a set of dumbbells handy
and get ready to feel like a Confident Rockstar!
Prerequisites: Perform squats, lunges, and planks.
Movement modifications will be offered.
