The work is described generally as a complete reconstruction of the existing courts, including new asphalt courts, site furnishings, fencing and sports court lighting, and installation of a storm water bioretention feature.
The Contractor must have a valid California contractor's license, a Class A license. The Engineer's estimate for this project is
$2,000,000 to $2,300,000. The contractor must begin work within fifteen (15) calendar days after official notice by the City Engineer to proceed with the work and must diligently prosecute the same to completion within 110 working days of that Notice.
Contractor shall complete work at Magnolia Park by September 13, 2024, unless extended by the City Engineer.
