CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 to receive public comment on a proposal to adopt a new fee schedule for the Rohnert Park Department of Public Safety. The new fee schedule removes fees for services that are no longer provided, includes fees for services not reflected on the current fee schedule, and increases certain other fees to recover the costs of providing the services.

SPECIFIC PLAN AREA – SNYDER LANE COMMONS – Cory Creath for Snyder Lane Ventures, LP – The Parks and Recreation Commission will consider adoption of a resolution recommending the use of park-in-lieu fees to meet the parkland dedication requirement for a proposed development of 36 units on the southeast corner of Snyder Ln and Keiser Ave within the University District Specific Plan Area.
