You are receiving this message because you have either requested to be informed of public notices and project status updates for 6626 Petaluma Hill Road, Rohnert Park in Sonoma County, California, or you have previously provided comments on City notices. While the City has no new information to share, it will use this newsletter to provide notices regarding plans, permits, and environmental documents. Currently, the only project in construction is a water tank, and potential future projects are still under environmental review.

Sign Up Instructions for Automatic E-Notifications:

   1. You may also navigate to the location of the link above by going online to the City’s website at www.rpcity.org and following these two methods:
      1. At the top of the page, click “I WANT TO..”, and under “Sign Up for…”, click “City news and events alerts” – scroll down the Newsletter page to find and click “Projects at 6626 Petaluma Hill Road – APN 047-132-038”,
      2. At the top of the page, click “SERVICES”, and under “E-Services”, click “E-Notifications” – scroll down the Newsletter page to find and click “Projects at 6626 Petaluma Hill Road – APN 047-132-038”.
2. Click “Subscribe” on the right side of the page.
3. Enter your preferred Email Address where shown, check the Security Measure box, and click “Next” at the bottom right.
4. On the Subscribe to Newsletter page:
   1. Confirm your Email Address at the top,
   2. Scroll to find and check the box next to “Projects at 6626 Petaluma Hill Road – APN 047-132-038” (and any other Newsletters of interest),
   3. Scroll to the bottom to click “Submit”. You will see a message on the Newsletter Subscription page directing you to check your email.
5. Check your spam if you do not see an email from [email protected] titled, “This is a subscription notification” which contains a link that you must click to confirm subscription – do so to proceed.
6. An online window will open to a Confirm Subscription page with a link that you may click to “Go to Newsletter”.

1. If there is no link at the bottom of your E-Notification message to Unsubscribe, continue with the directions below.
2. Follow the same Steps #1 through #3 from above as you would to Sign-Up for Automatic E-Notifications.
3. On the Subscribe to Newsletter page:
   1. Confirm your Email Address at the top,
   2. Scroll down to Uncheck the box next to “Projects at 6626 Petaluma Hill Road – APN 047-132-038” (and any other Newsletters you wish to unsubscribe from),
   3. Scroll to the bottom to click “Submit”.
4. On the Confirm Subscription page, you will be asked if you wish to proceed with Unsubscribing from a list of Newsletters – click “Yes” or “No”.
