Consistent with Government Code section 54953, and in light of the declared state of emergency and
the recent surge in COVID-19 infections due to the omicron variant, the Regular Meeting of January 11, 2022 will not be physically open to the public and all City Council Members will be teleconferencing into the
meeting via Zoom.

To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the
public can observe the meeting on Cable Channel 26 or by visiting meeting central on our website https://www.rpcity.org/city_hall/city_council/meeting_central
