Public Participation: By Order of the Health Officer of the County of Sonoma C19-25 all individuals are required to wear face coverings, with limited exemptions. To maximize public safety while still maintaining transparency and public access, members of the public are encouraged to observe the meeting on Cable Channel 26 or by visiting meeting central on our website https://www.rpcity.org/city_hall/city_council/meeting_central
Public Comment: Please fill out a speaker card prior to speaking. Members of the public may also provide advanced comments by email at [email protected]. Comments are requested by 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting, but can be emailed until the close of the Agenda Item for which the comment is submitted. Emailed comments must identify the Agenda Item Number, unless the items is not on the agenda, in the subject line of the email and should be a maximum of 350 words, which corresponds to approximately 3 minutes of speaking time. The emails will be not be read for the record but will be provided to the Commission. If a comment is received after the agenda item is heard but before the close of the meeting, the comment will still be included as a part of the record of the meeting but will not be read for the record or considered in connection with the agenda item.
